Some of the key points which has enabled them to build these Professional Ethics are:

Setting a standard — in every situation acting in a way that exemplifies whats expected of each one in a given situation.

Giving the best — bringing out the best in each other and thereby creating a strong and successful working relationships.

Valuing each individual — honoring and giving due regards to each individual, for what they are, their knowledge, skills, and experiences.

Being rational, seeking truth and getting deeper understanding — never accepting fictions, but challenging presumptions, questioning basic assumptions and pursuing facts.

Having a clear channel of communication — by using Active channels like "Meetings, Tele Communication" and Passive channels like "Memos, News letters, emails" for alleviating information level and building trust.

These values are also defined for the global citizens, by the United Nations’s Global Compact Principles, which defines the standards of Ethical conduct, in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, which helps us to enjoy universal consensus we require as people worldwide.
