ETHICAL GOVERNANCE

Lets Give Practicing Ethics A Greater Height

The beginning of this year has been very  turbulent and more challenging for Individual Competences and Professionalism. With global financial turbulence and economic slowdown, practising professionalism has never been as challenging. It has also brought to fore the important issues related to accountability, and responsibility, in individual profesional standards.

The individual professional standards should persevere for quality, use diligently values and character that one has and will develop. One should always believe in acting legally, and ethically, and always encourage this behavior in their professional environment. One must be convinced of this attitude and also convince a skeptical audience, and one must have this mission to lead and to explain. A twenty-first century professional must ensure, his Professional Ethics is understood, since for the success of Practising Ethics has always been transparency and openness.

Accordingly, the United Nation's Global Compact Principles has been developed that defines the values and standards by which one should do business. The Global Compact embraces all of the core values highlighted by the Ethical Governance on this site. In principle Global Compact helps us to do things right? Adhere to the high standards of Ethical conduct and to be honest, accountable, and consistent. Global Compact Principles reminds each of us, how to behave in response to the challenges we face as professionals, in the modern global business environment?

Pursuing Ethics based management should help organizations to build a very high standard of professional competences in their employees, and also help them to excel in their business environment. As also the Global Compact code of Conduct, which on its success will help us, to live up to the high standards of behavior, that is expected from us, and we expect from others.
