The Keys to Success

A Message from Sanjaya Kannath on  Ethics and Success

Our values create a sense of identity. They define what one stand for and how we do things. They help us to organize better in the most effective and fulfilling way and they bring us closer globally. We build these values by;

Setting a standard — in every environment acting in a way that exemplifies what we expect of each other in every situation.

Giving the best — giving the best and bringing out the best in each other and thus creating a strong and successful working relationships.

Valuing each individual — honoring and giving due regards to each individual for who they are and for their knowledge, skills, and experiences.

Being rational seeking truth and get deeper understanding — never accepting fictions but challenging individual presumptions and questioning basic assumptions and pursuing facts.

Having a clear channel of communication — always being better informed by sharing getting better insight, and seeking proper advice frequently and taking every situation confidently.

Being responsible to our society — always being responsible citizens and strengthening one’s ability and knowledge by being constructive in our society.

Finally having good conscience and integrity — it’s a commitment to persevere, to uphold the highest standards in day today life and open for the next step ahead. Successful research on individual competence development has found, a proportionate link between individual integrity development and societal development.

These values are at the heart of United Nations’s Global Compact Principles, which defines the standards of ethical conduct in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, which helps us to enjoy universal consensus we require as people worldwide.
